(More customer reviews)Bought this for my home office. It failed 10-months later, irreparably. Basically the "socket" gave way where the seat post meets the seat. When I first suspected something was wrong, it felt like the chair was listing to the left. Within a week, the metal socket buckled and collapsed. While I used the chair regularly, I am well under the weight limit for the product. It just isn't well made. For example, an adjustment screw stripped on it the day it arrived in the mail.
The company I bought this from was Everlast Furniture. They claim to be out of business. Chances are they simply changed their DBA and are still selling low quality furniture that they do not intend to provide warranty support for when it fails in less than a year. Buyer beware.
