(More customer reviews)When we received this chair upon opening it, the feathers were flying everywhere.The material used was very "rattly" like a plastic tarp from Home Depot.Since my DD thought it was cute we considered keeping it, however within two hours after taking it out of the box the feathers started coming unglued from the chair, so I boxed it up, requested an RMA # from the company, mailed it back within 6 days of receiving the RMA number (they give you 7).I have confirmation that they received it and I put the RMA# on the shipping address label as they asked.I also included a letter in the box telling why it was being returned.They received it on 1/25 and I have not received credit for it.I emailed them on 2/5 and they have not replied to that either.Please do not do business with this company.I am not only out 50.00 but the shipping to send it back via UPS.So far no response from the company.
