(More customer reviews)I have a herniated disk, so chairs like this work best for me.I can sit in it for hours and not get sore.I can also use the handles to do some of my stretches.
Assembly was relatively straightforward and it's quite sturdy.It has three different settings which are all quite different.
This is a really neat chair, much better to than the single angle wooden one I was using before.Also rolls a little, so it's easy to move around.Doesn't roll too much though, while you're on it, it stays put.
Highly recommended.
