(More customer reviews)Was more difficult to put together than I had hoped. One of the screws that attaches the base to the seat simply would not screw in all the way. It also does not lean back easily. I tend to slouch down and lean back when working at my desk with my feet up. This chair does not allow for that. It does lean back, but stiffly - and won't let you stay in that position.
The seat is comfortable enough, though the back is higher than I thought it would be (despite the words "High Back" in the item name) and doesn't really allow me to lean my head back. In fact, it sort of forces my head forward a bit. The armrests are quite hard and uncomfortable to rest elbows on - I'd prefer to have some padding. It is also not as wide as I'd hoped. I'm medium sized (5'9" and 155 lbs - how's that for full disclosure?)and if I were much bigger I don't think I'd find this chair a comfortable fit.
It rolls quite easily on the coasters and the tension for reclining is adjustable to some degree, but not enough to suit me.
It's an acceptable chair for the price, but I probably wouldn't buy a chair like this again. Next time I'll buy one at a store where I can try several out in person before buying.
