(More customer reviews)I bought one of these for work more than a year ago due to constant lower back pain.I can say I never have lower back pain anymore.The simple design make for eary assembly and durability.If you have knee problems, you can adjust the height of the chair to change the bend of your knee or how much of your weight rests on your knees.I do need to get up every so often to move around to prevent stiffness.
