I have lower back probems and my knees need to be lower then my bottom when I'm sitting,and this seat allows that to happen. The seat is hard. I put a thin pillow down and that make a big differance. It is very sturdy and well built. It's very easy to put together and I felt it is priced correctly.I'm getting my money's worth.
