It takes maybe 10-15 minutes to assemble and after it is done, prepare for chair nirvana. The chair has a comfortable mesh back which breaths well and has built it lumbar support which is really nice to have. I am a heavy person and this chair holds my weight well and I like the range of motion available. You can swivel, rock, and go up or down easily.
I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a chair that will be used for long stretches at a time and anything in between!
